We have had Immaculate Bathrooms come and renovate our master ensuite and they have been amazing to work with. The whole team have been professional and friendly. They built out a nib wall, removed a bath, moved a shower creating a huge walk in shower, organised a custom vanity and installed the tiles we supplied. The communication was great with a dedicated WhatsApp group chat created so everyone was on the same page.

We had our bathroom renovated recently with Immaculate bathrooms. We were very pleased with the honest & expert advice Derek gave us when deciding what to have done. Once the renovation was underway we were pleased with all the trades that visited. They were all polite & professional & did a great job. As with any renovation things cropped up unexpectedly but all were dealt with efficiently. We were particularly impressed by the protection of our floors & furniture, how the site was cleaned at the end, & how everyone tried to ensure the least disruption to us. This was the first time working with Derek, Nolzey and team from Immaculate Bathrooms and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. I was the designer of the project and my client chose Immaculate Bathrooms by gut instinct. And she was right! We gave them a project a bit out of the ordinary and they tackled it with excitement. Nothing was too hard, even with the surprises an old Federation house can spring on you. Their communication was brilliant and their attention to detail is second to none. The result is a highly executed, fully custom bathroom renovation that I know our client will love being in every day.

I would have no hesitation recommending Immaculate Bathrooms. The transformation they performed on our en-suite was outstanding. What I think really sets them apart is their open and honest communication. We were kept informed at every stage of the renovation, and when the inevitable issues or unknowns arose they we’re raised early and it was clear they were doing their best to resolve and with the least cost impact. Their focus on quality is another factor with all work
being competed to a high standard.

Immaculate bathrooms provided me hands down the most exceptional tradesman experience I have ever had. I am absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom, the quality and attention to detail is impeccable. People literally have “wow” reactions when they see the room.
The job itself was incredibly challenging for Nolzey and the team, as my property was built in 1910, but at every point they consulted me to come up with solution that met my needs.
Communication was constant, I had complete transparency throughout the build process, usually daily phone calls letting me know what work would be done, and I was issued a detailed schedule for the execution of the work. I was never left waiting for trades to arrive-they were on time, or I would receive a message prior advising of any schedule changes.
I can’t recommend Derek, Nolzey and Immaculate Bathrooms enough, they work tirelessly to make sure your experience before, during and after the work is a good one. 10/10

Experience with Derek and his team was absolutely awesome! Derek and his team ( most especially Nolzey) went above and beyond to cater to our needs and wants. We needed an easy maintenance, modern looking bathroom as we are a young family with a newborn and a toddler. Derek came back with different proposals until we were satisfied with the plan even if we were not fully invested with his team yet as we were still shopping around. Communication was easy and every step of the way, we were being heard and taken care of. There was some hiccups along the way when a hole in the wall was made but they readily fixed it and took responsibility on any hiccups that happened. Most especially when the zebra blinds was placed back on the wrong way, Nolzey took responsibility and had to go and fix the tiles up again. The tiler, David I think was his name was also very hard working and honest. They saw the grout wasnt fully sealed and they patched it up. The tiler also spent the whole day doing the work so that the finishing of the renovation ended earlier than expected.

The experience with Immaculate bathrooms was truly one of the best I have experienced for hiring tradies or renovations. We have entrusted our 2 bathroom renovations to Derek and his team and it was done on April to May 2023. I simply could not end 2023 without leaving a review. And truly, 7 months into the newly renovated bathroom, all I can say is. We have truly invested well on trusting Derek and his open plan bathroom. A 5 star work indeed.

We love our new bathroom. From the planning with Derek and then the install with Nolzey, things went well and it was an easy process. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional. We would be happy to use them again if we choose to do further works.

We had deliberated for some time about getting our two bathrooms, seperate toilet and powder room replaced and modernised but once we were referred to Immaculate Bathrooms, everything came together. From the first visit, Derek was very helpful in helping us realise the vision we had for our bathrooms. Derek has a friendly can-do attitude which helped us to be comfortable discussing our ideas. His advice and expertise around decor, room layout and thinking the whole project through was simply awesome. Our 1940s house was in desperate need of a modernised bathroom that was sympathetic to the era of the house. Derek and Shenol had lots of space saving ideas and suggested a brilliant design which maximised space and even give us extra storage whilst maintaining a spacious feel.

These guys are the A-team when it comes to bathroom and kitchen renovations. From start to finish and beyond we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and ability to find a solution for every problem encountered. Derek offered sound advice on planning, styling and even changed the lay out of some tiles at his own cost when he wasn’t happy with the placement. They stayed in contact via a chat group which made life easy, they protected all surfaces and cleaned up after themselves and arrived promptly on time and let you know if running late. I can not praise and recommend this business highly enough and I know we will be using them again in the future.

Immaculate Bathroom’s really lives up to its name. The workmanship is excellent, and the tiling is second to none. We had the entire bathroom re-done including the sub floor. The trades were all of a very high standard- the carpentry, the electrical, the plumbing, the tiling, the frameless glass fitting and the small details are all finished to an exacting standard.
